Several tool holders are put into dependency by means of synchronous operation (waiting tickets). There is no limitation with regards to the number of channels (tool carriers) used. For example, 3 turrets may be used either synchronously or asynchronously on different spindles. CutView determines and shows the resulting waiting times and allows the user to purposefully optimise the process.

3. Operation sequence plan
Operation sequence plan

Multi-channel machining operations may be documented with the aid of an operation sequence plan in the form of a timeline thus making the correlations of synchronous maching operations easily visible.
